The Piedmont Virginia Bird Club also has a Facebook group where members socialize, share bird sightings and can get club related information. PVBC sponsors a young birders club to foster discovery and learning about Virginia’s birds in children ages 7-16.

The Young Birders Club meets monthly during the first Saturday bird walks at Ivy Creek. There is no cost to participate in our monthly meetup. Parents are welcome to join. We strive to be ADA compliant. Loaner binoculars are available courtesy of PVBC.
