    All are invited to participate in the 2024 Charlottesville Christmas Bird Count on Sunday, December 15, with a rain date of Sunday, December 22.

    The Christmas Bird Count is a national survey of winter bird populations of North America. Participants will join teams to explore Charlottesville and Albemarle County to find as many birds as possible. This year marks 100 years of the Count in Charlottesville!

    This web page will be updated with more details after Thanksgiving. We’ll also share updates on Facebook, and to members, via emails.
