    Monthly Meeting

    For PVBC’s April monthly meeting, board members Callan Bentley and Cory Swift will lead an hour-long, in-person eBird 101 workshop at Ivy Creek Natural Area.

    This workshop will cover various parts of the eBird website and mobile app including:

    • All things checklists including trip reports, setting locations, entering observations (including rarities), best practices and tips, adding other birders and more
    • How to use eBird to find good birding spots, target species, rare bird alerts and recent reports from other birders
    • Profile settings, privacy and data management
    • How to tap into advanced eBird data tools
    • Briefly cover some best practices for Merlin ID
