    Bird Walk and Tasting at Albemarle Ciderworks

    On Saturday, April 27 at 10 AM, the Piedmont Virginia Bird Club will host a walk at Albemarle Ciderworks. The walk is up hill and although the footing is sure participants should be in good health if they plan to join.  The walk is about 1.5 miles long with good chances for migrating birds attracted to the forest and higher elevation. The walk will be followed by an optional tasting at the tasting room.

    The walk is limited to 16 participants including the trip leader, William Kurtz. If the event goes well, we will consider scheduling future walks here with the permission of the owners.
