    April Monthly Meeting: Piedmont Botanical Garden & Stream Restoration

    Please join Jill Trischman-Marks and Bruce Gatling-Austin from Piedmont Botanical Garden as they discuss happenings at the garden and the ongoing stream restoration.

    Building a public botanical garden is not an easy feat. Botanical Garden of the Piedmont (BGP) is driven by the Central Virginia public’s input, aspirations, and desire to be a place of beauty, education, healing, and unity. Through our continuous outreach, we hope to ensure that the built garden will represent the hopes and dreams of the entire community. This presentation will briefly outline what has been achieved in the process towards building this garden with particular emphasis on the stream restoration project.

    This meeting will take place in person at the Ivy Creek Natural Area education building promptly at 7PM.
