Our membership on December 31, 2022 of 196 is slightly below last year’s roster of 211 members, although we continue to gain a few new members nearly every month.
Our FY2023 budget projected net income of $1,850 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2023. As of December 31, 2022, most of our budgeted outlays for programs and support of partner organizations have not yet been disbursed. As a result, our net income for the first half of the fiscal year appears artificially high because it does not reflect significant expenses we expect to incur during the second half of the fiscal year. As an example, during January 2023, donations totaling $1,200 were issued to partner organizations, bringing year-to-date donations to $2,000, which equals our expected budget for the year.
