In the absence of club president, Guy Babineau, the vice president, Myrlene Staten opened the Zoom meeting at 7:00 PM.
Membership: Steve Templeman, reported that the club now has 204 paid members.
Field Trips: Myrlene, filling in for Susan Babineau detailed upcoming events.
February 4: First Saturday bird walk at Ivy Creek
Programs: Joanna introduced Devon Hathaway, who serves as the program coordinator and as one of the two river stewards for Rivanna Conservation Alliance.
Myrlene adjourned the meeting at 8:15 PM.
