The Monticello Bird Club is sponsoring a scholarship for an enrolled PVCC student in the Field Ornithology course. The class is a three-credit course in the format of a field trip every Saturday morning from February 8 through May 30, 2020. The scholarship covers the full cost of the class.
PVCC welcomes students enrolled full time, life long learners, as well as homeschooled and high school seniors to register for this course and to apply for this scholarship.
The PVCC Educational Foundation will be accepting applications beginning now until January 5, 2020.
The application form, linked below, must be submitted to the PVCC Scholarship Office by JANUARY 5, 2020 for consideration.

As part of the application, scholarship applicants must submit this application for the scholarship, Monticello Bird Application Spring 2020 This application includes a 500-1,000-word personal statement describing their interest in Ornithology and how the Field Ornithology course will benefit them. These personal statements will be considered by a committee comprised of members of the Monticello Bird Club and PVCC faculty and staff on behalf of the PVCC Educational Foundation Board of Directors.
